Tender description
ClwydAlyn wish to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to undertake the role of Employer’s Agent/QS and Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations for the renovation and refurbishment of CAH properties.The service will cover several planned and reactive workstreams including kitchen and bathroom replacement, fire door installation programme, electrical works and major and minor projects.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=118782.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
