The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the award of a Framework Agreement for a Project Management Co-Ordinator to assist EPA staff with the EU part funded LIFE Emerald project (LIFE19 GIE_IE_001101) and for project management tasks to complete the National Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Programme (AAMP) and Citizen Science projects as specified hereunder.
