Tender description

Sandwell Residents Panel Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint an experienced consultant to assist with the development and operation of a resident's panel in Sandwell for three years. Local providers are encouraged to apply and applicants who have a commitment to utilising local people in the work. The consultant will be responsible for developing a residents' panel to support evidence-based policy, service delivery and performance management. The main purpose of involving residents in the decision making of the council via the resident's panel is more accurately represent resident views and needs and therefore to positively affect wellbeing outcomes. Term of Contract The Contract Period will be for 3 years, commencing 14 March 2022 to 13 March 2025 Value of Contract The estimated annual budget payable for the delivery of this application is in the region of £30,000, with an overall contract value of £90,000. This figure is intended to act as a guide to assist in the preparation of your quotation. The Council does not bind itself to this or any other figure. The contract value shall remain fixed for the duration of the contract.
