Request for Tenders for the provision of a Technical Advisor

Tender description

This competition to select a single supplier has come about as a result of work commissioned by MFI in 2021 to assess the existing Operating model (People, Process, Technology) and propose a set of improvement recommendations. The report highlighted that inter alia, 1. The existing technology stack is limited in scope, has evolved incrementally and consequently has key deficiencies / gaps and significant integration challenges and is not fit for a digital future; and 2. The business will benefit from investing in portfolio management capability and an appropriate data management infrastructure combined with a business intelligence reporting tool. In order to address these recommendations we require a technical advisor to provide guidance and expertise to assist in the digital transformation of our business.
