Provision of Replacement Heating Plant for Pobl Group at Swansea University Preseli Block

Pobl Group wishes to appoint a contractor for the refurbish of the current heating and hot water systems in the Preseli block, Singleton campus, SA2 8PS.Preseli Block is used for student accommodation which is part of the POBL portfolio. Preseli consists of 186bedrooms for student accommodation over 9 floors with the ground floor accommodating the residential services office and reception. The bedrooms are arranged in clusters with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. The existing plantroom is located upon the ground floor level of the Preseli block. Heating and hot water is currently supplied by dedicated gas boiler plant which serves both heating and hot water.The successful contractor shall be required to design the plant room and undertake the works involved to install.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
