Provision of Fire Door Surveys and Associated Works

Tender description

We are seeking a single nationwide supplier to prepare and undertake a programme of fire door surveys/inspections at our schools as listed in the attachment. The successful tenderer is required to survey the fire door and report on any required works to bring the door to the required standard providing a categorisation of priorities 1, 2 or 3 for each door with priority 1 being urgent work up to 8 months, priority 2 being mid term up to 9 to 23 months and priority 3 being long term work over 24 months. The successful tenderer is also required to survey and report on current non fire doors that are being used as fire doors and again to provide a prioritised report identifying actions for these.
