Provision of Energy Performance Certificates

Tender description

Cynon Taf Community Housing Group wish to appoint an experienced service provider to undertake energy assessments and provide energy performance certificates for properties owned/managed by Cynon Taf Community Housing Group. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within the tender documentation.It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of twenty-four months via two twelve-month extensions, to a maximum term of five years. The estimated contract value is c. £28,000 (exc VAT) for year one and £14,000 (exc VAT) for subsequent years.Procurement for Housing have been appointed by Cynon Taf Community Housing Group to facilitate this tendering exercise.
