NHS Lanarkshire Health Board, a statutory body constituted pursuant to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 (“the Board”), wishes to appoint a sole supplier for the renting of dynamic pressure relieving/redistribution equipment and associated service provisions (“the Services”). A Specification detailing the mandatory requirements of the Board is provided in Appendix 1- Specification. Lot 1: NHS Lanarkshire Health Board, a statutory body constituted pursuant to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 (“the Board”), wishes to appoint a sole supplier for the renting of dynamic pressure relieving/redistribution equipment and associated service provisions (“the Services”). A Specification detailing the mandatory requirements of the Board is provided in Appendix 1- Specification. NHS Lanarkshire’s current strategy for the supply of Pressure Relieving Redistribution Products is to rent dynamic pressure relieving/distribution equipment as required from a sole supplier through a local contract. In addition to the supply of products, the sole contractor is responsible for the associated provision of services including the delivery, collection and decontamination, tracking and monitoring of all equipment.
