<p>Allerdale Borough Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced consultants to prepare a Local Housing Needs Assessment for the District, with an analysis of the size, type and tenure of housing needed for different groups in the community for the next 10 years.</p> <p>The contract is for approximately 5 months.
