Tender description

This project involves refurbishment of existing play items & old safety surfacing, installation of new play features, play equipment, safety surfacing and paths. The total Playground cost should not exceed €100,000 including VAT. We are awaiting the outcome of additional grant funding which could see an additional €40,000 available. There we are asking for a design that could suit the lower budget but accomadate additional units & area should the additional grant be awarded. The ask is for a design return with option 1 €100,000 project & 2 €140,000. It would be antisipated that we would know the grant outcome at time of award therefore not expecing design shown for the higher amount to be supplied as a Phase 2 project independent to phase 1.
