Tender description

Donegal County Council Regeneration and Development Section require professional services to provide values for the land and property in Letterkenny Town Centre. The successful applicant may be asked to provide all land and property services necessary for the acquisition of the lands included in the Letterkenny 2040 =- Strategic Urban Regeneration Site Compulsory Purchase Order. These services include, but are not limited to, assessment of claims submitted in response to Notice to Treat, negotiation & settlement of claims, assessment & arbitration services.
