<p>Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (‘the Council’) is seeking to appoint a suitable contractor for the comprehensive refurbishment and repair of numbers 2 and 3 Viables Cottages, The Harrow Way, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG22 4BL. The works involve the refurbishment of two dilapidated two-storey cottages to bring them back into a habitable standard. On completion of the refurbishment works, the council propose to let the properties as residential accommodation, in accordance with the council’s Housing Strategy.
