Tender description
<p>Analysis software to highlight likely retrofit opportunity for all insulation, low carbon heating and renewable energy generation measures from existing and open data. There will be a function to look up an individual property EPC and add measures to see what the result is on carbon emissions and cost. There will be an opportunity option for Council and suitable 3rd parties to select measures/resident profile/house type to identify likely retrofit needs.</p> Keywords: home energy, software
