GAA Green Club Toolkit and associated Phase 1 outputs (Deliverable by Sept 2022)

Tender description

Output 1 - Development and Publication of Green Club Toolkit (including resources, templates, and guidance) • Work with the Subgroups of the GAA Green Club Steering Group to identify and document guidance on implementation of sustainable actions for Gaelic Games Clubs across 5 Thematic areas. (Subgroups are as per Appendix I.) • Inform the production of a GAA Green Club Toolkit incorporating the above guidance (to include but not limited to; o Auditing guidance, templates and tools o A Register of Opportunities under each thematic pillar o Charter Templates o Funding Opportunities and Application Templates o Continuous Monitoring Guidance, Templates & Tools o Reporting Templates o Case Studies • Coordinate the production of the Toolkit in a range of formats suitable for publication in print, pdf, online and multi-media/video/interactive applications. Output 2 - Development of Green Club Officer Training Module • Translate Key Content from Toolkit for inclusion in Green Club Officer Training Module (to be produced for inclusion in the GAA Club Leadership Development Programme (https://learning.gaa.ie/club_leadership )) Output 3 - Development and Publication of an SDG/Green Club ‘Open Access’ Online Module • Translate Key Content from Toolkit for inclusion in Green Club Open Access Online Module (to be produced by the GAA eLearning Manager for publication on learning.gaa.ie) Output 4 - Development of SDG content for Primary, Post-Primary (TY), and DEYLI Programmes • Translate Key Content from Toolkit (based on links to SDGs) for inclusion in GAA delivered Primary, Post Primary (Transition Year) and DEYLI Programmes Output 5 - Utilisation of the existing Online SDG Mapping & Tracking Portal • Provide Guidelines for Clubs to use the SDG Mapping and Tracking Tool at https://irelandsdg.geohive.ie/ Output 6 - Phase 1 Programme Evaluation • Contribute to a Green Club Programme Phase 1 Evaluation Report
