Tender description

DCMS is seeking a supplier to help the Department better understand how to improve efficiency in the way in which the UK utilises its radio spectrum. Research will include examining future demand for radio spectrum across sectors and use cases, calculating the value of spectrum to alternative uses and assessing current utilisation of spectrum. Furthermore, the provider will identify challenges and assess options for how the Department can improve the value to UK society from use of its spectrum.
