Tender description

"Second proof of concept (PoC) to replace manual printing and postage of paper forms to collect signatures on agreement documents with Adobe Sign. Adobe Sign promises the same functionality as DocuSign (already the subject of a successful PoC) but is significantly cheaper, so if this test is successful then it will become the e-signature solution if choice for LCC. IPAs to be trialed in the Coalville office and DPAs to be trialed in the Hinckley office."
