Door Maintenance

Dublin Bus is looking to establish a maintenance contract with an Industrial Door Repair contractor to carry out works as required in all Dublin Bus facilities throughout Dublin City and County. The facilities are in various locations throughout Dublin City & County. Dublin Bus wishes to establish a contract, which will provide an on-going basic maintenance & repair work at the locations below (see Table A). Services Required Dublin Bus has number of facilities throughout Dublin City, with numerous industrial doors at each location. There are two main door types across these locations; Steel Roller Shutters, Up & over Panel Doors. The successful candidate must be able to provide full mechanical and electrical maintenance services for all these door types. The successful candidate shall generate a full asset inventory of all Dublin Bus outlets. The inventory list will be used to complete maintenance of each door every six months. If changes or additions are required during maintenance this should be reflected on the asset inventory list and the appropriate personnel in Dublin Bus should be notified.
