Tender description
The intention is to go to market and tender for a new HIV Prevention and Support Service (which is approved and all documents are almost ready) - the reason for applying for exemption is due to the fact that the legal terms and conditions/contract are not yet ready. We need to maintain the current Sahir House offer which expires 31st March 2022 in order to sustain an offer and keep a service in place so that we can procure in timely fashion.
