<p>The London Borough of Redbridge is working with Hainault Forest Community Association (HFCA) as part of the Community Hubs programme. The Council is working with the Association to appoint an agency to: &bull; Support HFCA to review its existing organisational health and activities to identify cost savings, efficiencies and opportunities for growth, including diversifying sources of income and investment &bull; Work with HFCA to develop a new headline strategy and business plan &bull; Work with HFCA and the Council to develop a 2-year co-design partnership programme for the development of a Community Hub as part of the Council&rsquo;s Community Hubs programme It is anticipated that these workstreams will form the basis of a renewed approach for HFCA, and the basis of a strategic brief and programme for the development of the Hainault Community Hub.</p> Keywords: Orgdev, Efficiency, Strategy, Engagement, Co-design, Learning
