<p>Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) will be delivering a programme of housing retrofit (as approved under the Trustmark process) to 1,300 Homes (~£14m investment) between April 2022 and 31 March 2023.  LCRCA will be will awarding project contracts based on a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016. As such the LCRCA is seeking a suitably qualified Contract Administrator.   We have anticipated a budget of up to £75K for this element and are seeking Expressions of Interest.</p> Keywords: Contract Administrator, Retrofit, Sustainable Warmth Fund
