Tender description
<p>South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse District Councils are seeking to appoint suitably qualified consultants with relevant experience to undertake a Town Centres and Retail Study covering both districts. Consultants are invited to quote for this work and are asked to provide a submission indicating how they would fulfil this brief and a quote for the work. The Councils are preparing a Joint Local Plan to cover the period to 2041. Once adopted, this will replace the existing adopted local plans for each district – the Vale of White Horse Local Plan 2031 (Parts 1 and 2) and the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.</p> Keywords: Town Centres & Retail Study
