Tender description

This PIN makes Providers aware of Dundee City Council’s intention to invite Tender submissions from accredited Service Providers to provide: - Co-ordination of and frontline support within a Community Wellbeing Centre. - 24/7 availability of a compassionate and non-clinical response to people who are experiencing emotional distress. - Safety and stabilisation of people who call the centre. - Strong links with other local services to bring people the ongoing support they need. It is anticipated that the tender will be advertised from Mid March with service delivery starting from August 2022. See 11.1.4
