Commissioning Circular Economy and Green Businesses

London Borough of Hounslow is committed to delivery of its Climate Emergency Action Plan and Green Recovery strategy.?The Green Recovery strategy sets out the opportunity to fundamentally change the West London and Hounslow economy?to be more resilient, and?sustainable as we emerge from the Covid-19 pandemic. Key workstreams within this portfolio to accomplish this are: (i) facilitating a Circular Economy; (ii) supporting Community Wealth Building; and (iii) creating a Green Enterprise and Innovation Hub. The objective is to provide the right conditions to stimulate growth in locally based businesses, specially if they're contributing to a circular economy and/or net zero carbon, generating economic and social value for London Borough of Hounslow diverse residents and communities. The work provided by this contract will give us a better understanding of the borough's local businesses and how we can support them even further.
