Tender description
This proposal is to develop the eircom site into a Film and Digital Media Centre for the School of Creative Media. Having acquired the warehouse the next phase involves the development of the rest of the warehouse into a Film and Digital Media Centre. This will house a Film & Digital Media Storage and PR room; Photography Studio; Film Studio; Digital Animation Lab; Lecture Theatre; Mac Room; Game Design Lab; Creative Hub & Exhibition Space & Lecture Theatre. The above description is indicative of the size and nature of the project but the extent of accommodation to be provided may increase or decrease. Additional accommodation may be added to the brief including the provision of an additional school (on the same site or sites) at the discretion of the Contracting Authority.
