Newport City Council invites tenders for the supply and management of the Crazy Golf facility in Tredegar Park Newport.The franchise will be for a limited period of six months only in any one year. The dates of operation will be between the 1st April and the 30th September annually for the maximum period of three years.Newport City Council’s Parks and Leisure Section will provide all of the necessary golf equipment to operate the franchise which includes 60 Golf balls and 30 Golf Putters, to be provided at the start of the concessionary period. These items must at the end of the contract be returned to the Parks section in equal numbers or replaced by the franchisee at no cost to the City Council.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. Express an Interest in the Project- Login to the portal with the username/password- Click the “ITTs Open to All Suppliers” link. (These are Invitation to Tenders open to any registered supplier)- Click on the relevant ITT (itt_93208 available from 18th February 2022) to access the content.- Click the “Express Interest” button in the “Actions” box on the page.- This will move the ITT into your “My ITTs” page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only)- Click on the ITT code to access the content3.
