Building (Mechanical & Electrical) Engineering Consultancy Services for the proposed Upgrade of Boiler System at Elphin Community College

Tender description

On behalf of the GRETB (the Contracting Authority for this project) you are hereby invited to tender for Building (Mechanical & Electrical) Engineering Services (including buying in of additional services for other disciplines as required) for the above project. The project consists of providing a new bulk LPG gas storage compound (replacing the existing oil tanks) to serve the three buildings at Elphin Community College. The project also consists of the replacement of boilers, pipework, pumps, controls etc. including all associated electrical works and builders attendances etc. Please see attached consultant’s report. Please note, there are no AutoCAD Layouts for these buildings, the successful consultant must include for the full generation of these AutoCAD layouts as part of their fee. These works were granted under the Department of Education and Skills Summer Works Scheme and must be completed during the months of July and August 2022 while the school is unoccupied.
