Building (Mechanical & Electrical) Engineering Consultancy Services for the Installation of New Heating System to serve GP Hall and associated accommodation at Galway Community College

Tender description

On behalf of the GRETB (the Contracting Authority for this project) you are hereby invited to tender for Building Services (Mechanical & Electrical) Engineering Services (including buying in of additional services for other disciplines as required) for the above project. The project consists of the provision and installation of a new heating system to serve the GP Hall and associated accommodation, including new plant room, heating plant controls etc. Please see attached consultant report for details. Please note, there are no AutoCAD Layouts for these buildings, the successful consultant must include for the full generation of these AutoCAD layouts as part of their fee. These works were granted under the Department of Education and Skills Summer Works Scheme and must be completed during the months of July and August 2022 while the school is unoccupied.
