Tender description

The Scottish Government (SG), on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, wish to commission research to support policy development in the area of zero emissions heating for non-domestic buildings. The policy is being developed by the SG Heat in Buildings Regulation Unit, which is within the Consumers and Low Carbon Division of the Energy and Climate Change Directorate.
