Tender description
The Scottish Government would like to appoint a supplier from the Framework for the Provision of Support and Analysis for Energy, Water and Environment Related Sectors Case/392616 to carry out an evaluation (phase 2) of a number of new build projects that are championing zero emissions heating to help to inform the development of the Scottish Government’s 2024 New Build Heat Standard (NBHS), including a number of affordable housing projects. This builds upon an initial evaluation (phase 1) carried out in 2020-21.
