People Directorate’s vision for an efficient and enhanced HR service is to deliver ‘an HR service for the way we live and work today’. Supporting our HR Customers to self-serve and access our services efficiently is going to be key to achieving this vision as we support managers and colleagues through a fast paced and ever changing environment as our Organisation continues to grow over the coming years. Reporting to the HR Online Customer Services Manager, this post will review HR policy and guidance and recommend a structure for user access and governance. This is an exciting opportunity to frame and shape a future approach which will support users in interacting with HR Services efficiently, self-serving where appropriate. You will need to engage with leaders and staff across People Directorate, Corporate Communications and the wider Scottish Government The post is for 6 months and will be primarily based in Saughton House however under current Covid restrictions working from home is expected for now.
