Tender description

PPM/repair/maintenance of installed fire alarm, emergency lighting and smoke venting systems the contract covers up to 48 sites across all the geographic areas in which the association operates, noted above. Not all elements are on all sites and this is detailed in the tender documents. this is a single stage exercise, requiring potential tenderers to complete the self certification via the SPD document and completion of the ITT and tender document. all tenders will have the financial aspect considered providing all other information has been completed and is deemed satisfactory. it is expected that tenders familiarise themselves with the sites included in the tender as no allowances will be made for variations following the tender submissions or contract award. contact information is provided for locations where staff are present. for all other locations, sites can be accessed via trades call points at door entry
