West Cheshire Museums would like to test the market to ascertain suitable providers who would use the catering kitchen to supply our two Northwich sites (Lion Salt Works and Weaver Hall Museum) with coffee shop food items (cakes, scones, sandwiches, afternoon tea) and conference catering.
