Service Description: We require phosphoproteomics data generated on approximately 150 total protein samples extracted from patient-derived melanoma cell culture. The cells will be treated with various ligands and inhibitors that affect signalling pathways prior to protein extraction. Service Requirements: We require the detection of at least 8,000 unique proteins, and at least 15,000 unique phosphosites, and the capability of detecting at least a 1.5-fold change between samples. Analysis should be performed using either TMT, DIA or DDA methods. We also expect the provider to perform bioinformatic analysis of the samples. Delivery of data/results must be within 4 weeks of sample receipt. Data delivery should be facilitated by the use of a secure download link. Results should consist of a table with quantified phosphosite amounts should be provided, as well as raw mass spectrometry files.
