The treatment/ disposal of food waste

LCC wishes to procure a contract for the treatment / disposal of food waste collected within Lincolnshire. This shall include the collection and haulage of the food waste to the suppliers treatment/ disposal facility. There may also be a requirement for the supplier's facility to accept direct delivery of food waste form refuse collection vehicles, depending on the location of the supplier's facility. It is anticipated that there will be between 30,000 and 50,000 tonnes of food waste to treat / dispose of per year, though these figures are not guaranteed. LCC invites suppliers to express their interest in this opportunity via the Pro-Contract Due-North portal no later than 18/03/22 at 13:00. Suppliers who express an interest are also asked to complete the premarket engagement questionnaire published alongside this PIN notice in the Pro-Contract tender box. Please complete and submit your completed pre-market engagement questionnaire through the Pro-Contract messaging portal no later than 18/03/22 at 13:00.
