The Design and Construction of five Outdoor Gyms within the London Borough of Hillingdon

Tender description

The London Borough of Hillingdon Council intends to award contracts for the Design and Build of five outdoor gyms in five separate locations within the Borough as follows: 1. Churchfield Gardens, Ruislip HA4 8ES 2. Dowding Park, Uxbridge (old RAF site) UB10 0FW 3. Hayes End Rec, Hayes UB3 2TZ 4. New Pond / Spider Park, South Ruislip HA4 0DR 5. The Closes Rec, West Drayton UB7 7PY The Gyms are to be tendered together but will be evaluated and awarded separately as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. The contractor can decide as to how many Lots they wish to bid for. The designs will be evaluated on the basis of 80% quality to 20% price. It is expected that each scheme shall be completed on site within a four week period, however, all works must be substantially completed and invoiced for, by the 15th December 2021, or within 12 weeks of the issue of a purchase order or letter of Award of Contract.
