Lot 1: Term Contracts for Small Scale and Responsive Works 2015 Lots 1,7,8,9,10,11,12 Road-maintenance works. Within each Contract, the works may include but not be limited to the following principal work activities provided by way of example: A. Permanent reinstatement of openings and repairs to defects in foot-ways and carriageways with all types of surfaces (bituminous materials, concrete, brick pavers, flags, kerbs etc.) B. Adjustment/provision drainage installation and maintenance schemes C. Earthworks D.Environmental Works E. Provision and maintenance of fences and pedestrian guardrail. F. Reconstruction of carriageways and foot-ways G. Accommodation works including walls, fencing etc. H. Adjustment/ provision of kerb lines I. Small network improvement schemes e.g. Traffic Management Schemes, Traffic Calming Schemes J. Other associated ancillary work.
