<p>South Kesteven District Council wishes to invite tenders for the provision of a mobile app and website to promote all town centres, high streets, and businesses across South Kesteven District.</p> <p>The COVID19 Pandemic has had unprecedented impact on local town centres and high streets across the Country. HM Government Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, hereafter referred to as &ldquo;DULHC&rdquo;) has made funds available to local authorities to support the High Street via the Welcome Back Fund (hereafter referred to as &ldquo;WBF&rdquo;).</p> <p>These funds are drawn from the European Regional Development Fund (hereafter referred to as &ldquo;ERDF&rdquo;), and the specification outlines how this project will deliver and meet ERDF contractual requirements. Further information on the requirement and relevant performance standards are available within the Specification.</p> <p>The anticipated contract commencement date is 7th March 2022.</p> <p>The Council proposes to enter one contract for an initial period of 3 weeks, with no option to extend.</p> <p>The project must be delivered as per the specification by 31st March 2022.</p> <p>The budget for this contract is &pound;50,000 in its entirety (exclusive of VAT).
