Literature review, secondary data analysis, primary research to review the operation of the Scottish Welfare Fund The Review of the Scottish Welfare Fund is a contracted piece of work to an organisation who will conduct an integrated programme of work including review of existing literature, secondary analysis of management data and primary research with Fund recipients and stakeholders. This will be to the effectiveness of the Fund in achieving its aims and make recommendation for future operation. The work will be overseen by an Advisory Group of key stakeholders from central and local government, and the third sector. Interim and full reports will be required and the work must be completed by December 2022.
