Request for Tender for Pension Risk Management & Internal Auditing Services for Medite Europe DAC and Smartply Europe DAC

Tender description

The European Union (Occupational Pension Schemes) Regulations 2021 which were signed into law in April 2021 transposed the EU IORP II directive into Irish Law. Medite Smartply Europe DAC(MS) are seeking tender submissions from one or more suitably qualified companies to provide Risk Management and Internal Audit services as required under the IORP II directive for the Smartply Europe DAC, DC Retirement and Death Benefit Plan and for the Medite Europe DAC, DC Retirement Plan. The brief scope of work requirements is listed below and the detailed scope is attached in the Tender Document. Trustees must establish and maintain effective risk management and internal audit and appoint a key function holder for each of these roles.
