Redcliffe Bridge - Precommencement Works

Tender description

Works to refurbish Redcliffe Bridge were commenced in January 2021 by Cleveland Bridge UK Limited. CBUK entered in to administration in July 2021 leaving the works partially completed. This work package includes:- • Review existing Works Information to determine the extent of works completed and remaining. • Engage with existing sub-contractors to assess the extent of works completed and remaining. • Provide a cost estimate for completing the works on a Cost Reimbursement basis. • Provide a Works programme for completing the remaining works.
