This is a prior information notice (PIN) only: Publication and a call for competition will be conducted once the scope of work is fully defined and approved. SEP-II received Ministerial approval in December 2021. It is anticipated that tendering for this scope of work will begin in April/May 2022. SEP-II will deliver education in Northwest Syria. This note serves to update the market about the changes to the SEP-II programme since the EME in January 2021 (previously named AQSES; Access, Quality and Safety Education in Syria) and to obtain an indication of market interest. As a result of this information, FCDO hopes that the market will be knowledgeable about this forthcoming opportunity. Additional information will also be made available in the Terms of Reference (ToR) due to be released alongside the tender documentation. ‘Please register on the FCDO Supplier Portal for this opportunity (PROJ10225) to receive all communication and updates -https://fcdo.proactisportal.com/Account/Login There will be an Early Market Engagement event held on 22/02/22. Note, there are 2 elements to registration which must not be confused with each other. 1. Suppliers must register their interest to PROJ10225 on the FCDO Supplier Portal to ensure they receive all communications and updates (this is not registration to attend the event) 2. Within the profile of PROJ10225 on the portal, there are attachments containing additional documents which contain the link to register for the EME event.
