Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is seeking a Supplier to manage the Parking Enforcement and Operations Contract to deliver an operational service and solutions. The Supplier must demonstrate it has the capability to deliver an operational service and solutions of high quality, provide value for money and utilise the use of improved and innovative technology. The services must be robust whilst flexible to be responsive to any variations in parking and traffic demands as well as future legislative change throughout the lifetime of the contract. Southend Borough Council is also seeking a Supplier with an existing technological solution for Cashless Parking Solution and Parking Permits.
