Grounds Maintenance

Tender description

Broadacres is seeking to award a grounds maintenance contract ("Contract") across their area of operation to a single contractor. Schedule of sites requiring grounds maintenance under the contract is over 200 locations throughout North Yorkshire. Contract duration will be approximately 4 years and 10 months, i.e. it will be targeted to end on March 31st 2027. Contractors should not rely on any indicative expenditure or volume levels stated as a commitment of the total value the Contract that will be awarded by Broadacres. Broadacres offers no guarantee to potential suppliers on the value of the Contract. The Contract will not be awarded on the basis of exclusivity, Broadacres will retain the option to source the requirements stipulated in the Contract from other contractors if necessary. The minimum expected specification and the schedule of services are provided in Appendix A.
