Tender description
NOTE: This notice was updated on 23 February 2022 for the following reason: The deadline for this tender has been extended to the 2 March 2022 to allow maximum time for suppliers to submit a bid.(The Purchaser is commissioning a Provider to produce a strategy for a recruitment campaign to attract and encourage disabled people to stand for council elections. The targeted advertising will be used across a number of channels including the Be a Councillor website, council websites, social media, printed materials and banner stands. This is not an exhaustive list and we welcome views on how to increase the targeted advertising campaign's reach.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
