GB-Leeds: SB650 Mechanical Building Services

Tender description

Repair and maintenance services of mechanical building installations. Mechanical Building Services related works inclusive of but not limited to; Heating systems modifications, radiator replacements, water heater repairs/replacements, chilled beam servicing, control valve servicing, strainer cleaning, general DH&C water services maintenance/installations. The works will cover reactive and some elements of planned works to mechanical systems. The scope and scale of this will flex with business needs. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
