Expression of Interest for Radbourne Acute Mental Health Unit, ECT suite recovery room for installation of mechanical ventilation to comply with HTM0-3-01 Parts A&B

Tender description

Potential contractors are advised that the Radbourne Unit is an operational mental health hospital site with a number of patient wards including an enhanced care ward together with administration offices that will remain in use for the duration of the Works. The contractor must be especially vigilant regarding the use of tools, locking vehicles and maintaining a secure working area at all times. The contractor must be able to show experience of working in a mental health hospital environment. The works include the installation of a mechanical supply & extract system to the Electro Convulsive Therapy recovery room, the forming of openings through the first floor and the installation of inlet and extract cowls on the plantroom roof.
