Norfolk County Council is seeking to set up a Dynamic Purchasing System for: o Educational Psychology services for the provision of high quality, legally compliant statutory assessments of children and young people in line with Regulation 6 (1) (d) of the SEND Regulations 2014) and other related services such as support for SRBs; o Other specialist educational services (sensory assessment, speech and language and clinical psychology).
