Tender description

Arbour wishes to commission a contract for the provision of Building Surveyor Consultancy Services in the lead capacity for a range of Disability Adaptation projects. Projects will range in scale of size and complexity. The works will be delivered across Northern Ireland either by directly appointed contractors who have tendered for works and where the works are to be measured and valuations agreed in accordance with Measured Term Contracts, including various priced schedules of rates, or as individually tendered packages/projects prepared by the consultant
