Coventry City Council is inviting quotations for the supply of retrospective and future crowd and footfall numbers for the City of Coventry. As part of the city's Counting Coventry programme, the Council is seeking crowd / footfall numbers for selected sites across Coventry. The numbers required are for the period covering as early as possible (ideally, 1st January 2019) to the date of service commencement (1st April 2022) and then continuing for 2 years until the 31st March 2023 [hereafter, 'initial term']. The Council will retain the option to extend the term of the awarded agreement until the 31st March 2024 [hereafter, 'extended option'] with the agreement of the Supplier.
