Tender description

OHCAT wishes to engage a contractor to undertake removal of all existing fire doors internally at Carew Academy as shown on the drawing and replace with new FD30 fire doors. Remove and replace window panes at high level as detailed in the specification. Carew Academy, Church Road, Wallington, SM6 7NH Lot 1: The proposal is to address significant issues relating to the condition and age of the existing roofs. Various instances of water ingress have been reported over a number of years and continue to cause significant disruption within the school. Additional information: The ITT states details of site visits which bidders must take account of.
